Login to the portal with your user credentials. To create your user credentials, first 'Register' on the portal.
  1. From the top menu select 'Helpdesk' > 'Raise Request/Complaint'
  2. Select 'Type' > Select 'Request/Complaint' from the drop-down
  3. Select 'Subtype' > Select 'Other personal details updation' from the drop-down
  4. Select 'Type of query’ > 'Name Correction' provide details and 'Attach' the necessary proof document
  5. Click on the 'Submit' button

  1. From the top menu select 'Helpdesk' > 'Raise Request/Complaint'
  2. Select 'Type' > Select the 'Request/Complaint' from the drop-down
  3. Select 'Subtype' > Select 'Other personal details updation' from the drop-down
  4. Select ‘Type of query’ > D.O.B Updation, provide details and 'Attach' the necessary proof document
  5. Click on the 'Submit' button

  1. Visit any ICICI Bank Branch and submit the following documents:
    a. Self-attested KYC document
    b. Request letter duly signed

    (In case of Corporates, request letter should be on the letterhead of the company along with the stamp and required signatures)

  1. From the top menu select 'Helpdesk' > 'Raise Request/Complaint'
  2. Select 'Type' > Select 'Request/Complaint' from the drop-down
  3. Select 'Subtype' -> Select 'Other personal details updation' from the drop-down
  4. Select ‘Type of query’ > Address Updation, provide details and 'Attach' the necessary proof document
  5. Click on the 'Submit' button

  1. To update Email Id at Customer Id level please follow the path: Customer Service ⟶ Contact Information ⟶ Edit Email Address
  2. To update Email Id at Tag Account level please follow the path: View Tag Account Summary ⟶ Contact Information ⟶ Tag Account Contact Information ⟶ Edit Email Address

Please begin this activity after receiving the FASTag sticker:
  1. Select 'View Tag Account Summary' at the bottom of Home Page
  2. Select 'Vehicles' ⟶ 'Manage Vehicle'
  3. Select 'Upload' and enter all the relevant details
  4. Attach a copy of your 'Registration Certificate' and click on 'Upload'.

  1. Select 'View Tag Account Summary'
  2. Select ‘Vehicles’ ⟶ ‘Manage Vehicle’
  3. Select 'Edit' and enter the new VRN in both the 'Licence Plate No.' & 'Confirm Licence Plate No.' fields
  4. Attach a copy of your 'Registration Certificate' and click on 'Submit'

Your details will be updated in 3 working days, subject to valid proofs attached.
