To carry out fuel spends on your FASTag, you need to enable the ‘Fuel spends’ feature on the Customer Portal and while at the HPCL fuel station, you can pay through the HP Pay app.
 

This is a one-time process to enable fuel spends on your FASTag.

Kindly undertake this activity only after you receive the Physical FASTag Sticker

Click Here to login to the Customer Portal

From the top navigation bar, select ‘Customer Service’ >> ‘Fuel Enablement Request’

Under ‘Fuel Enable/Disable’, select the radio button for ‘Fuel Enablement’

Under ‘Vehicle Details’, select the required vehicle(s) from the list of available vehicles for which you would like to enable fuel payments. Once selected, click on ‘Add to Approval’

Under ‘Vehicle Details for Approval’, check the list of vehicles displayed, then click on ‘Enable Fuel’

Your request is now raised successfully and is in process for approval

Once the request is approved, you will be able to see the number of vehicles that have fuel enabled in the ‘Fuel Active Vehicle Count’ in ‘Account Summary’ on the Customer Portal home page

One time process to link your FASTag with HP PAY

Download the ‘HP PAY’ app available on ‘Google Play’ or ‘App Store’

Open the app. For New user, go to ‘Register’. For Existing user, go to ‘Login’ and validate OTP

Select ‘Map/Update FASTag number’ and fill details
Steps to follow at HPCL outlet to make the fuel payment

Open ‘HP PAY’ app

Scan the QR code provided by the fuel operator

Choose ‘Product’ and select ‘Submit’

Enter the ‘Amount’ and select ‘Pay Now’ through FASTag

Enter the transaction OTP and confirm for a successful payment
